Our team will reach you in the location of your choice to create one of the suggested menus.
We’ll guide you step by step in creating the dishes, putting all the ingredients and necessary equipment at your disposal. Alternatively, the Cooking Class with Chef Valentina Rasà can turn itself into a wonderful opportunity to get to know one of the most characteristic and picturesque locations in our city: the fish market. We’ll help you search for and select the ingredients for the creation of the menu, before actively involving you in every single phase of its preparation.
The experience will end with a lunch served by the staffatCucina Manipura, presented in combination with local wines. The winery visits will take place in prestigious wineries, steeped in history and tradition. An experience of the senses dedicated to the tasting of wines that will be served paired with the Chef’s dishes. Should you not wish to move from where you’re staying, our team will come to you, with a selection of local wines paired with a menu created by the Chef, to allow youto taste the best products from the Sicilian winemaking reality.
With our taste workshops, we’ll guide you on a discovery of Sicilian cheeses, which will be served with chutneys, breads made from ancient grains, and a local wine, to give you a unique tasting experience full of flavour.
